China’s basic education after several rounds of curriculum reform has made someachievements, but there are some problems, basic education curriculum reform in2001June,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "(for Trial Implementation)" proposed,"to protectand promote the course to adapt to different regions, schools, students, the implementation ofnational, local and three levels of curriculum management of school." Since then theschool-based curriculum this new term, is endowed with historical mission, the rapidmomentum into the school campus, but the Chinese school-based course are mostlyconcentrated in the college entrance examination courses, research and development of sportsschool-based curriculum is relatively less; PE is a road with a basic course in our time for along time, is the starting point of lifelong physical education, is an important means ofeducation, so the reform of physical education curriculum is an important component ofChina’s basic education curriculum reform, development of school-based curriculumdevelopment is to break the traditional PE model best way diameter, offer students a platformfor the development of personalized, improve sports and health curriculum objectives at thesame time, is the effective way to promote the professional development of teachers. Highschool physical education is the last stage of compulsory education and cultivation of thestudents’ consciousness of lifelong sports, so through the personalized learning to relieve thetension students learning process at this stage, to find joy in sports.The school-based curriculum of physical education as the main line, through the relevantproblems of10high school in Changchun City sports school-based curriculum developmentcourses conducted a questionnaire survey, and using the method of literature, interviewmethod, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and othermethods, the10high school in Changchun City part of teachers and students PE school-basedcurriculum implementation, teachers, students, curriculum resources, evaluation system,teaching environment and organization and management of the investigation and analysis, tounderstand the present situation of Changchun City opened high school sports school-basedcurriculum, and analyze the problem, lay the foundation for the development of a betterfuture.The results show that, Changchun City high school is able to respond positively to thespirit of the new curriculum reform, but in the entire development. There are still someproblems, the lack of capacity of physical education teachers; physical educationschool-based curriculum resources development is not balanced, the lack of external resourcesmanagement mechanism is not perfect. Therefore, in order to better open and developmenthas the characteristics of the sports school-based curriculum, first of all should set up andperfect the management mechanism, and then increase the exchange of teachers of sportsschool-based curriculum and training related knowledge, according to the rationaldevelopment of natural resources, regional, national characteristics, to improve the students’interest in learning, to change the traditional sports teaching mode of real significance on the.
