According to the results for the national physique monitoring data inrecent years, and the physical health level of students in China has decreasedobviously. As a closely related factor to physical health problems, energyconsumption gradually gets more attention. The understanding of dailyphysical activity energy expenditure, has important significance to improvenational health level. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the day-to-day activities andrecord the energy consumption status of the students through the scientificmethod. Theoretically, The individual’s physical activity and mentalactivity would both consume some energy. But whether this energy isequivalent to the " Body energy " in the usual sense is unknown. How therelationship between physical activity and mental activity and energyconsumption of individual When Junior high school graduates faced with thepressure of Mid-Term Examination? How did changes in mental activity impacton the energy consumption of the individual? These are questions we have tosolve.conclusion(1) Conclusion of energy consumptionThe energy consumption of male is higher than female. The longer theindividual weekly exercise their calorie consumption also will be larger.General self-efficacy change will not affect the energy consumptionof the individual. The anxiety level changes will affect the energyconsumption of individual sports. The predict regression equation forkinetic energy consumption by gender and anxiety scores is:Y=295.250+17.435x1+310.421x2(2) Conclusions of constitutionRural Candidates has no gender differences in morphological index exceptheight; and there exist significant gender differences in their index ofphysical function.(3) Conclusions of physical activity The activity time of candidates in rural areas has a gender differenceand boys were more activitive than girls(4) Conclusions of mental activityThe boys general self-efficacy was significantly higher than girls. Theanxiety of male and female students at a consistent level.
