"Teacher’s spoken language" is a required course in the Secondary Vocational schools.Which has strong practical and instruction to kindergarten Teacher. At present, the following phenomena exited generally on the spoken teaching of language in the school.Part of the spoken teachers are realized what’s the important to use multimedia and instructional design.however, the phenomenon of the class is inefficient. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the teacher’s spoken language, explored the effective application of way.Trying best to find the right way to use multimedia reasonable.First of all,this essay is looks for amount of literatures and datums to made an exposition of multimedia and the systematic design of instruction.secondly, the present application situation of the language teaching through interviews, classroom observation method carried on the thorough investigation, analyzed and summarized the results. Then the paper analyzed the relevant elements of kindergarten Teacher’s Spoken Language teaching, and according to the dick-Carey (W.D ick&L.Carey) instruction design mode, combined with professor book established teaching design dimensions, proposed the concrete teaching design implementation plan. Then the teaching cases were implemented in students, that they come from the2011grade of Ningxia district kindergarten of secondary vocational schools, and then made a test volume survey of the teaching effect. Finally the paper analyzed the exam results, and looked out the effects of the application, then thought back to the application of kindergarten Teacher’s Spoken language teaching.
