It is well known that the teacher assumes the glorious mission of cultivating the excellent talents, teachers only has the good professional ethics, to cultivate more excellent talent of making contributions to the socialism construction, to have a positive impact of the long-term development and a higher level of the school. Compared with the ordinary colleges and universities teachers and secondary vocational school teachers, training is those who have mastered high skills, practice and specialized talented person. This requires the secondary vocational teachers not only need to have a higher academic level and teaching level, at the same time needs to have strong professional skills and practical ability, and the secondary vocational teachers’ virtue is penetration in which everything is inseparable from the ethics of subtle influence to the student, this is for secondary vocational teachers’ ethics put forward the basic requirements.Moreover most of the secondary vocational school students has its special characteristics, the urgent need for a secondary vocational teachers to correct ethics education and the guidance of values, which requires the teacher must first have a higher level of professional ethics and the noble moral sentiment.In order to have a deeper understanding of the study of ethics in our country.This study first research and discuss our country ordinary colleges and universities and vocational schools in ethics. It is the theory foreshadowing for the studies on the situation of secondary vocational school teacher’s ethics in Tianjin.Secondly, according to the "professional philosophy and ethics " of "secondary vocational school teachers’ professional standard(try out)" and the four aspects of the detailed rules "secondary vocational teachers’ professional understanding and understanding, to student’s attitude and behavior, education teaching attitude and personal accomplishment and behavior" that promulgated by the ministry of education in 2013, the author formulated the teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire respectively,and survey the current situation of secondary vocational school teacher’s ethics in Tianjin in depth. Finally, after the detailed statistics and analysis of the results of the survey, further shows a positive showing secondary vocational school teacher’s ethics, reveals the main problems, and carries on the profound attribution, eventually puts forward countermeasures for the secondary vocational school teachers in Tianjin.This research adopts the main research method is questionnaire investigation and interview method. The questionnaire investigation object is three secondary vocational school teachers and students in Tianjin, teachers 250 questionnaires, 236 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 94%. Students 230 questionnaires, 204 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 88.7%. This questionnaire fully reflect the real status of secondary vocational school teacher’s ethics in Tianjin. Then,selected 10 teachers in secondary vocational school and 12 students in separate interviews. Through the interview, further to reveal the status of secondary vocational school teachers’ ethics, as well as the problems and the reasons.Through the investigation and study, the author found that secondary vocational teachers’ professional understanding and cognitive does not reach the designated position,do not pay much attention to the students,teachers’ innovation consciousness and spirit dedicated and love for students need to be strengthened. According to the ethics problems in the secondary vocational school, the author mainly proposed the corresponding suggestions from five aspects: Set up the management thinking of human-oriented,to strengthen secondary vocational teachers’ intrinsic quality,establish and perfect the supervision mechanism and evaluation system, promote teachers’ professional development and firmly establish the spirit of respecting the teachers,attaching great importance to the education and paying much attention to skills.
