Teachers’ teaching reflection for teacher professional development plays a very important role.But in the actual process of teaching reflection, many teachers, especially rural primary school Chinese teachers’ are lack of effective reflection techniques and means, In a large extent hindered the professional development of teachers, a classroom teaching effectiveness and students’ academic level. Therefore, it is very important to clarify the status of Ningxia rural primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching reflection, tease out the existing problems and difficulties, dig deeper into related influencing factors, put forward the feasible countermeasures.In this study, The author become study from the town of Chang Le’s surrounding rural primary school’s current situation of Chinese teachers’ teaching reflection in the city of Zhongwei, through in-depth classroom observations, questionnaires, interviews and so on, tease out Ningxia rural primary school Chinese teachers’ awareness of the importance of teaching reflection, the main content of the elementary school language teacher for teaching reflection and teaching reflection method, school internal atmosphere of basic situation, and in-depth analysis the existing problems. On the basis of fully understand the current situation and existing problems, extract the influence of Ningxia rural primary school Chinese teachers are the main factors of teaching reflection.
