Teaching reflection is an effective way to promote teachers,especially rural teachers,to promote themselves quickly and to realize self professional growth and development.Teachers in the process of teaching reflection through an objective and comprehensive thinking on teaching behavior,can stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity,promote the effective integration of knowledge and improve their teaching effectiveness.Therefore,teaching reflection has attracted the attention of scholars from various countries.However,in many studies,there is little research on this particular group of rural elementary school teachers.From this perspective,this study used Y primary school as an example to explore how to promote the teaching reflection of rural primary school teachers.This study first used the literature method to systematically sort out the relevant theoretical researches on teaching reflection at home and abroad,and scientifically defines the connotation of “reflection” and “teaching reflection”.Afterwards,content analysis and interviews were used to investigate the status quo of teaching reflection of Y primary school teachers.The opinions of the school teachers on teaching reflection,the contents of teaching reflection,the process of teaching reflection,and the influencing factors of teaching reflection were comprehensively understood.Analyzed the influencing factors from both teachers and schools and proposed solutions.The study was divided into five parts:The first part introduced the origin and significance of the topic,the purpose and content of the research,and the research methods.Then it analyzed the research status at home and abroad,and had a basic understanding of the status quo of teaching reflection of teachers,which laid a good foundation for the smooth development of the research.The second part was the theoretical explanation of teaching reflection.It scientifically defined the connotation of reflection and teaching reflection and analyzed the structure of teaching reflection.The third part systematically analyzed the status quo of teaching reflection of ruralprimary school teachers and find out the problems of teachers in rural primary schools.The fourth part based on the existing problems,analyzed the factors that affect the teaching reflection of rural primary school teachers,mainly from the two aspects of teachers and schools.The fifth part from the two aspects of teachers and schools to improve the teaching reflection ability of rural primary school teachers.
