Study On Communication System Of Graduate Education In Ecological Angle

The independent study guided by tutors as main characteristic during period ofgraduate education, and the problem of communication become quite important.The communication availability determines contents of education can betransferred effectively whether or not, impacting the quality of graduate educationaccordingly. The realization of consensus in the domain of education depends onadjustment of tactic and target by communicating, but in fact, it is difficult tocommunicate between graduates and tutors generally. The important practicalmeaning lies in recognition of such problems as relationship between tutors andgraduate students, manners and characteristics of communication, environment ofcommunication etc. The thesis regards communication of graduate education asecosystem in ecological angle, analyzes ecological factors and its impact onecosystem, communication colony and its distribution, theory and rule of educationecology, and tries to discuss the balance of communication ecosystem fromtransferring information freely, distributing education resource reasonably,constructing friendly academia and communication atmosphere. The thesis carriesout research by following outline “analysis of status—basic of theory—analysis inecology—balance of communication ecology”, explores how to establish thebalance of communication ecosystem in graduate education by adopting themethods of document data and comparison. To realize target, we should renovateconcept of graduate education from integer, system, arrangement, synthesis andcooperative evolution angles combined with practical circumstance of graduateeducation in our country by absorbing excellent experiences of foreign graduateeducation, and some advices for optimizing system are also advanced.
