College students’ school identification response a student during the period ofstudy and life at University, through participates in the school’s various academic,social activities, and contact with others, influenced by the school environmentsystem gradually, produces a sense of belonging of the college organization, as wellas shared values with college, resulting get pride of the college’s history, tradition andcultural, safeguard the interests of the college in action, and maintain loyalty to thecollege after graduating. Through the investigation on College Students’ schoolidentification, we can understand the students’ satisfaction in all aspects, grasps thestudents’ school identification and its form, and can provide empirical data for thedecision-making of university student management.This paper constructs a measuring college students’ school identification modelbased on the comprehensive analysis of domestic school identification definition andinternational relevant theories and research, and propose the related researchhypothesis, using a questionnaire survey in the form of investigating350universityundergraduates to explore the following questions:(1)Analysis of students’ schoolidentification as well as school identification of each dimension in a group cognitive,emotional connection, positive evaluation, autonomous behavior;(2)Analysis ofschool identification in gender, discipline nature, living way, urban and ruralbackground, grade, professional degree of satisfaction use statistical techniques to getwhether there exists significant difference;(3)Analysis school identification’sformation from the the school culture, learning and academic atmosphere, campusinterpersonal relationship, school support, the satisfaction of learning facilities andliving facilities six aspects of the university campus environment;(4)Analysis howschool identification effects individual development from personal self-esteem,self-confidence and self management three aspects;(5)Analysis students’ schoolidentification influence in terms of on school education, social capital and reputationcapital three aspects. The research results indicate that:(1)the college students’overall school identification level is general;(2)the college students’ schoolidentification in gender, urban and rural background, discipline nature, grade andspecialty satisfaction had significant difference;(3)the campus environmental factorsand college students’ school identification significantly correlated;(4)the students’ school identification have a positive impact on personal self-esteem, self-confidenceand self-management;(5)the students’ school identification has a positive impact oncollege education and teaching,social capital. Finally, proposes some advice to raisecollege students’ school identification according to the conclusion of the study.
