China is the more serious one of the countries of the aging of the population,thepension problem is solved social problems, the key issues of the people’s livelihood, andtraditional Chinese value system known as respecting and caring for the old virtues,pension problems are serious line this is reflected not only enhance the comprehensivenational strength, relationship improvement of people’s livelihood, but also a test of themoral conscience of the Chinese society.The elderly Social Work is aimed at improving the lives of older persons andpromote the welfare of the elderly social work theory and practice, effective practicalways to solve the pension problem. The elderly social work theory and methods in thefield of empty nesters, but also help to solve the pension problem in the key and difficultto play social work expertise, gain experience, and to find a way out. In this paper, thecase of three urban communities empty nesters, elderly social work practice caseworkmethod, from intervention services to the service closed, apply the theoretical knowledgein practice.
