As the rational understanding of education system, educational theories are valued to be understood and utilized both in culture and education. It is an essential objective condition for educational theories to be realized. Also, a corresponding subject is required for valuing educational theories. It is the initiative, that is, the educational theories are needed and the abilities of the subject that the value of educational theories depends on. This paper talked about the value of educational theories to be understood and in what way the educational value can be realized, based on the understanding of these four values. As for how to realize the value of educational theories to be understood the choosing, memorizing, comprehending and criticizing of educational theories by the subject are conducted. Choosing and memorizing lay the basis, while comprehending and criticizing deepen the understanding. It is through two transformations that the educational value of educational theories are realized, that is, transformation from educational theories to educational thoughts and from educational theories to educational principles. As educational thoughts are actually educational minds on operation affected by specific educational ideas, the transformation from educational theories to educational thoughts can be considered as transformation from educational theories to educational ideas and educational minds on operation. Similarly, the transformation from educational theories to educational principles can be regarded as transformation from principles to faiths, which are integrated into the actions and habits of the subject.
