Present Situation Of Female Entrepreneurship Education

Facing the increasingly prominent employment problem of female college students, encouraging female students to actively participate in business practice, and strive to achieve employment by entrepreneurship, has become the new measures for university to support the employment of female college students. In recent years, with China’s entrepreneurial policies promulgated and entrepreneurial atmosphere of increasingly strong, female college students have been gradually integrated into the practice of entrepreneurship. Therefore, in view of entrepreneurship education of female college students began to receive more and more attention.Our college enterprising education emerged in the late nineteen ninties, enter after twenty-first Century began to gradually appear in the theory and practice of female college students entrepreneurship education.Therefore, based on the theory of entrepreneurship education, education fairness and social gender theory and female education theory as the theoretical basis, combined with empirical research, selected five different types of female university students in Nanjing. Through questionnaires and interviews, conducted a survey and analysis on the five schools in800different schools, different grades of female college student awareness of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ability, in order to demonstrate objectively the status of enterprise education of female college students and to find the existing problems, and proposes relevant suggestions.Through the female college student entrepreneurship education theories and empirical research findings, current situation of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities can be mainly attributed to the following aspects:First of all, the female university students’ innovative undertaking education should cultivate female college students’ interest in entrepreneurship, increase their enthusiasm to participate in business practice.Second, the primary task of entrepreneurship education of female college students is to change the gender bias in the original and the narrow self cognition, establish the correct self-cognition and positive entrepreneurial confidence.Third, the female university students’ innovative undertaking education should focus on strengthening the training of female college students’ ability of language expression and interpersonal communication ability, give full play to the advantage of female college students. Finally, entrepreneurship education’s goal is to keep the heart, female college students entrepreneurship to employment, to lay a solid foundation for entering the workplace knowledge and practice of entrepreneurship education.Therefore, the author thinks of female college students entrepreneurship education for college female students, colleges and universities should be individual and society three aspects.First of all, female college students should abandon the traditional gender norms, establish the new concept of entrepreneurship education; Secondly, universities should reform teaching methods and curriculum, and actively carry out the entrepreneurship practice, establishing entrepreneurial work-study base, the female university students tutor system; Finally, the establishment of government, society, colleges and Universities to participate in female university students education support system, provide the support and platform for female college students.
