In kindergarten, children obtained development through the help of the teachers and their ownefforts in a daily life. From the daily life of children, we can see that every link seems to be very simple,and generally include: kindergarten arrived, morning check, morning exercises, educational activities,meals, toiletries, nap, game, kindergarten departure and so on. These aspects of daily life, the game inkindergartens is precisely different from other educational institutions. However, the daily life seems verysimple which hide many crises. Children are active by nature, full of curiosity, but they are low of self-careability. They are took care of by parents or a few family members in the family. In kindergarten, theneeding of life does not decreased, and they rely on teachers’ training and action gradually. Therefore, theaction errors or insecurity measures often brought an important source of child injury accidents. And thevarious contradictions in social development also has a close relationship between the accident andkindergarten injury, the same threat to the safety of children’s life due to the damage caused by alienunlawful infringement and school bus accidents.Recent years, the children injury often happened which become the focus of the society attentionaccordingly. Social, kindergarten, parents began to adopt various measures to prevent accidents actively.But the childhood injury accidents didn’t reduce accordingly.Children injury accident has important impact on the survival and development constitutecontemporary nursery and its members, the analysis on child injury accidents status is the basis for thedevelopment and targeted management concern. Began with the needing of children one day inkindergarten, through literature research on injury accident case in recent years, and the interview with theobservation, the author deepen into ten public and private kindergartens in this city, used statistics to analysis the injury situation and reason of the accident and concluded the characteristic of the childreninjury accident. According to the daily life in kindergarten, the author summarizes the eight common injuryaccidents, the first seven as common bodily harm, and the last one for common infant mental injuryaccident. And last the author analyze the accidents on by one.Because of the lack of the laws and regulations documents on Kindergarten education level inChina, many kindergartens take the attitude of escaping or conciliatory in face of childhood injury accident.From the level of regulations and theoretically, the author clarify the misunderstanding to deal with thistype of accident.As for the reasons of children injury accident and the liability analysis, from the aspects ofkindergarten safety and legal education, their safety management, as well as the kindergarten where theparticipation of the community and society, the author proposed the injury accident prevention strategieseffectively, hoped it can play an important role on security work for children so that protect children’sphysical and psychological development who have no capacity for civil conduct in kindergartens.
