Z MBA School Education To Improve The Quality Empirical Research

In recent years,along with the educational evaluation of education quality to the voice of customers gradually rising,quality evaluation subjects and the degree of attention to student’s study also more and more higher.The documents the combing show that, in the the existing MBA education research, evaluation and analysis of quality not much,More research on the ways and means of how to to meet MBA assess requirements.Analysis of the MBA assessed indicators has promulgated show that the evaluation covers the MBA culture and the evaluation scores show that the focus in a certain extent. But the problem is concentrated in the index number, partial credit can not detect the interplay of key indicators and the relationship. Therefore,propose the MBA education quality evaluation index system、Analysis of Z MBA education problems and key factors influencing the connotation of MBA education quality and put forward countermeasures,has strong significance and guidance to solve Z MBA education practical value.Based on the above back of Z round, this paper mainly researches on the promotion of education quality of Z MBA. Firstly,introduces the research back of Z round, purpose, theoretical significance and the practical significance and research route and innovative points in this paper;and domestic and foreign literature review on MBA education;Then, empirical study on Z MBA education quality, and analyzed by the software SPSS, understanding the existing problems of education.at the same time, based on the application of DEMATEL steps, using DEMATEL method to identify the key factors of MBA education quality improvement;Finally, Put forward to improve on the Z for MBA education.overall summary of the findings and pointed out areas for improvement in order to play a useful reference for future similar studies and practical applications.
