| In the context of the Internet era of the Internet of Everything,the Internet has penetrated all areas of people’s lives.Big data analysis technologies based on computer networks have also emerged.People are trying to express the entire society and even the world in the form of data.With the maturity of big data analysis technology,the education industry has gradually developed a close integration with it.Mining the value of education big data has become the focus of the development of education undertakings by local governments.For this reason,how to realize the vertical multi-level and wide-field visualization of education big data and the ability of education big data to evaluate and predict future development has been put on the agenda by local governments.The current education big data practice in the market is widely used in the horizontal multi-dimensional education big data visualization based on the region.The main problems are:(1)Lack of vertical,multi-level,regional,and comprehensive education big data visualization research and practice.(2)The needs of decision-making bodies of various educational institutions have also shifted from the control of current educational resources to the prediction and evaluation of the development level of future educational undertakings.(3)Inconsistent development of actual education levels in various regions has led to the diversification of local government policy needs.This article first explains the background and significance of the application research of the big data analysis and auxiliary decision-making platform for basic education in the education industry under the current environment,the specific goals that the entire platform achieves,and the related work of this article;then,it introduces the research based on actual specific needs.The overall architecture and technology selection used.Finally,the specific functions displayed and realized in each area of each module of the platform are discussed,combined with the specific architecture of the platform design,the basic education big data analysis and auxiliary decision-making platform is realized.The whole platform can be divided into three modules:cloud service big data computing,basic education big data visualization,and basic education auxiliary decision-making analysis.The cloud service big data computing module mainly includes basic education data extraction calculation and auxiliary decision-making model index calculation Two sub-modules realize the extraction,summary and arrangement of static data through timers and MySQL stored procedure scripts,and provide guarantee for the real-time calculation of model indicators through real-time calculation based on the Spark computing framework;the basic education big data visualization module mainly passes The Spring Boot-led MVC+Java+MyBatis architecture realizes the visualization of analysis results;the basic education auxiliary decision-making analysis module includes two sub-modules:a statistically based teacher balance index model and a student population-based quantitative evaluation model for nearby admissions.The former is based on regional basis.The level of teachers is calculated from different angles hierarchically and measured the level of regional teacher development.The latter uses cluster analysis to calculate quantitative indicators based on the geographic location information of school students to reflect the school’ s nearby enrollment status.On the basis of Spark real-time computing and TB-level education information Hive table storage,Redis caching mechanism is adopted to ensure the high availability of the platform as a whole.The education data involved in this platform is mainly derived from internal company data and third-party platform data.The first and second phases of the platform have been delivered and are operating in good condition.All provincial capitals across the country have adopted this platform as a basic education big data analysis application The tool has won unanimous praise from local government and educational institutions.The diversified data mining model derived from it is also being gradually optimized.Platform data analysis and decision-making capabilities have become an indispensable boost for the development of education by local government educational institutions. |
