Research On The Path Of Instructors In College Students’ Mental Heath Education

Mental heath education has become an important part of students’ deological and political education which Instructors work. With the attention of the various colleges in the instructor’s own mental heath education capacity,and after post-90students enter university which the student characteristics has change,Instructor is necessary to continue through practice paths of developing mental health education works,to enhance instructor to carry out the effectiveness of mental health education works. This paper analyzes the current role position of instructors in the mental health education works and their importance, an Investigation in a University of FuJian,the survey interviews instructors ongoing effectiveness of mental health education works,analyzes the questions and challenges which instructors carry out mental health education works,and instructors explore new paths to carry out the feasibility of mental health education,draw the following main conclusions:(1) The advatanges of structor work in mental health education:①The enhancement of instructors’ capacity in mental health education work is the foundation.②Instructors who has good mental health status is essential.③Instructors in mental health education work who has new awareness is the key.④The trend of College Instructors’team specialization conducive instructors who carry out the work of mental health education.(2) Instructors who carry out mental health education work has new paths to explore:①The path which Instructors carry our non-advisory in student counseling.②The path of college students’ peer counseling.③The specialization of instructors carry out the division of work.④The path which instructors cooperate with the internal and external counseling agencies.⑤Instructors involved in mental health educaiton courses teach paths.
