Competitive swimming is an important part of competitive sports, strengthening the construction of competitive swimming career of our country is to realize the route of China’s transformation from a sports country to a sports power. The results show that:1.In recent years China’s middle and long distance freestyle project rise, the man800m,1500m freestyle belongs to the advantage of the project, the400m freestyle belongs to the potential advantages of the project; other projects has been at a disadvantage status, greater disparity with the world level. Women’s swimming sports level comprehensively, but most projects show ups and downs trend; women’s freestyle project Tj value from high to low, in the future the game almost no advantage; breaststroke project Tj peaks change, backup power shortage appears fault, the competitive power is not strong; the butterfly, medley Tj hump type change, should focus on the development of maintaining its advantage; relay project Tj values remain relatively stable.2.The main factors that affect the transfer of advantage competitive swimming in China:decision-making leadership policy factor; factor training theory, methods and means; and the reserve talent reserve force factors; scientific and technological factors.3.For the development of our competitive swimming better, faster, combined with China’s swimming own situation put forward five development strategies-- policy mechanism strategy:improve the decision-making mechanism, policy support. Project development strategy:focus to the point of the driven patch development, drive the development of female male. Training mode strategy:according to their own situation, and take the characteristics of the road, forming a diversified training model. Talents reserve strategy:Cultivation of reserve talents resource rich swimming, widen the channels, optimize the environment. Science and technology development strategy: to increase scientific research strength, expand the sources of funding, to realize innovation.
