The Research On The Relationship Between Religious Experience And Life Events And Resilience Of Teenagers

In this study, the teenagers from grade six, grade seven, grade eight, grade nine were selected as reaearch objects. Based on the literature review and the results of the interview, the author explored the dimension of eenagers’religious experience scale and work out the scale. The scale is used to explore the present situation of teenagers’ religious experience and investigate the relationship between religious experience and life events and resilience. The research results shows that:(1)A questionnaire of the religious experience for teenagers which includes28items was made. It has five individual elements:heteromorphism, supernatural forces, unitary, Specific feeling, Specific Ability. It is of high reliability and validity.(2)The religious experience of teenagers exists widely, Specific feeling and unitary are the most commonplace religious experences. The teenagers, with different gender, singleton or not, show no remarkable distinct religious experience, while the differences are obvious as regard to city or not, grade, and religious belief degrees.(3)The whole level of teenagers’negative life events is lower than the medium. Teenagers with different grade, city or not, singleton or not, show remarkable distinct life events level, while the differences are not obvious as regard to gender, religious belief degrees.(4) The whole level of teenagers’ resilience is higher than the medium. Teenagers with different gender, religious belief degrees, show remarkable distinct life events level, while the differences are not obvious as regard to grade, city or not and singleton or not.(5) There is a remarkable positive correlation between the religious experience and life events. The negative life events of teenagers plays an important role in predicting teenagers’religious experience. The Others, Study pressure and interpersonal relationship have a significant positive prediction function on teenagers’religious experience and Specific feeling. Interpersonal relationship and The Others have a significant positive prediction function on heteromorphism. The Others and Study pressure play an important part in predicting supernatural forces, unitary, Specific feeling and Specific Ability.(6)A remarkable positive correlation exists between the religious experience and resilience. Unitary has a significant positive prediction function on resilience,target attention and interpersonal assistance. Unitary and heteromorphism play an important part in predicting Positive thinking. Specific feeling has a significant negative prediction function on Family support.
