As the rapid development of information technology and the mobile communicationtechnology, Mobile learning has been considered to be a new learning mode which is necessary in thelearning process. Mobile learning will provide powerful support for lifelong learning, so the society shouldpush forward the development of mobile learning. At present, college students are the main group who usemobile equipment for learning. Now many people’s attention is on how to make mobile learningbecome more effective, so the research on the influencing factors of mobile learning in the perspective ofdistributed cognition is meaningful to the college students’ mobile learning.This research use college students as the subject to make a survey from the perspective of distributedcognition to mobile learning in the process of influencing factors, and use Document Analysis Method andquestionnaire method to analysize the influencing factors of mobile learning.Besides this, this researchalso provide a optimizing strategy for mobile learning.Firstly, this research make a review of mobile learning in the aspects of domestic and internationaldevelopment of mobile learning, the influencing factors of mobile learning,the development of the theoryof distributed cognition, the application of distributed cognition in educational field. This study proposefive influencing factors of mobile learning from the perspective of distributed cognition: Learner, learningenvironment, learning resource, medium, society and culture. Based on these factors, this study hasformation college students’ mobile learning situation questionnaire and influencing factors of mobilelearning of college students questionnaire.Secondly, this study has made a survey on the situation of college students’ mobile learning, theproblems in mobile learning and influencing factors of mobile learning from the perspective ofdistributed cognition. Then collect the questionnaire and make a analysis on the data, and get theconclusion of the investigation.Finally, depending on the conclusion of the investigation,this study propose some optimizingstrategies: we must cultivate the awareness and habits of mobile learning, improve the information literacyof mobile learning, creating and sustaining mobile learning in mobile learning collaborative learning. Society and educational institutions must be to strengthen the attention and commitment to thecollege student’s mobile learning. Development and integration of mobile information resources are alsorequired. Applicable convenience of mobile devices and wireless communication networks, to improve thetransfer efficiency of information resources and rendering to enhance mobile learning environment tocreate and the service support. To carry out individual daily learning level, the social environment level, thelevel of government support to the use of a scientific system of mobile learning and promote theirdevelopment.
