With the popularity of the rapid development of wireless network technology,intelligent mobile phone,and computer,a new way of learning,which is mobile learning came into being.Mobile learning can speed up the tempo of life and bring the concept of "lifelong learning," which is not restricted by time and place.There are more people from every stage prefer mobile learning as they can be multitasking in their daily life.According to the survey,the majority mobile learning group users are adults between age 18 to 25-year-olds,mainly students occupy most of the proportion.Hence,they are flexible in thinking,rich in imagination and willing to accept new things.Besides that,the pursuit of individuality,personality,and ready to take it,caused the students to become the primary target groups for mobile learning.However,we found that college students' attention on mobile learning and mobile equipment does not match the degree of enthusiasm in practice.It shows that the enthusiasm of mobile learning,acceptance,and application on students is not ideal.The factors that affect college students' mobile learning is a topic worthy of educator in-depth study.From the perspective of individualized learning,this study focuses on the influence of the individual factors on the mobile learning intention of mobile phone from the perspective of the educators and the related fields.From the intellectual,behavioral and individual characteristics of the college students,three factors are put forward,including mental negative charge,self efficacy and individual innovation.On the basis of the existing and authoritative technology acceptance integration and acceptance theory model(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology,UTAUT model),this paper builds a model of the influencing factors of the willingness of mobile learning for college students in the perspective of personalized learning,and puts forward relevant research hypotheses.The purpose of this study is to investigate the influential factors of mobile learning in a normal university in Liaoning.The data are screened and combed,the effective data are analyzed and processed,the research hypothesis is verified,and the research model is modified.Through the study,it is concluded that performance expectation,effort expectation,social influence,self-efficacy and individual innovation have positive influence on the willingness of mobile learning for college students,and grade and mobile phone system have a certain regulating effect on the mobile learning willingness of college students.In the final regression analysis,it is found that the most influential factors of mobile learning are performance expectations,followed by social impact and individual innovation.Finally,combined with the level of mobile learning at the present stage of the University,some suggestions and strategies are put forward to improve the mobile learning in the personalized demand environment and provide a support for the development of personalized mobile learning products.
