Teaching reform of senior high school, especially the reform of mathematics teaching in high school,is a difficult problem, but also an important point. The reason why called it difficult point is that, bedifferent from primary school and junior high school, mathematics knowledge of senior high schoolinvolved in a wide range, and getting further and further. As for be a key point, mainly because it links tothe knowledge of higher mathematics, playing an important role in student’s further education in college.With the development of society, the progress of technology, especially the popularization of the network,the knowledge updating quickly, all kinds of information should coming to meet the needs of socialdevelopment, in order to make students better adapt to such a society, serving the society, the reform ofhigh school education from the concept to the mode, from an example to generalized, all told people onething------reforming in senior high school is imperative.This paper mainly studies the “four guidances and four assignments” teaching mode. The so-called“four guidances” refers to leading-in, explanation, practicing and improving; the so-called “fourassignments” means group cooperation, hierarchical display, respectively conduct, guidance and propulsion,really take the “student-centered, teacher-led” into the teaching. Requirements in the “four guidances andfour assignments” framework of the teaching mode of teaching and case more specific: import situation,knowledge problem, problem of hierarchical, cooperative inquiry, feedback, improve self strengthening,and to detail the specific requirements of each link, have stronger operational, and better reference.If practice without theoretical guide, will lose the direction, become passive water; any practice if notrising to the level of theory, there is no forward possibility,“four guidances and four assignments” teachingmode has no exception.“Four guidances and four assignments” teaching mode is a reference to educationtheory, intelligent psychological theory, meaningful learning theory, discovery learning theory,constructivism theory, and combined with the practice to build their own characteristic.“Four guidances and four assignments” teaching mode is formed in the development of current social,and has distinct period feeling and reality.“Four guidances” means teaching the students how to learn, howto discover and how to explore.“Lead-in” shows the leading role of teachers--against the traditionaltesching type, straight teaching type;“explanation” makes the resentment theory of “learn” easy to understand;“training” rely on exercise to understand mathematics;“the promotion” illustrates the necessityof learning knowledge review, summarize, feedback.“Four assignments” in the “cooperative” shows theneed to strengthen the cooperation and exchange;“hierarchical display” makry detail in teaching;“classification promote” the knowledge connection overall, integrated into teachie every students haveopportunities to show themselves;“guidance” put the theory “pay attention to each student” intoeverywhere of teaching;“propulsion” puts the connection and integrity of teaching principle together.Admittedly, there is no perfect theory in the world, any theory has the perfect opportunity to improve,“four guidances four assignments” teaching mode has no exception. This paper attempts to research,analysis, classification, induction, analogy, and draws some beneficial exploration and enlightenment, thusmaking the teaching more fullness, more perfect.
