| The mental health education of high school students in school increasingly gets the attention ofsociety in recent years. On the one hand, it puts forward higher requirements of comprehensive quality tothe younger generation with the advent of the era of knowledge economy. To enhance the young studentscomprehensive quality,is overall cultivation of knowledgeã€feeling and mentality, the mental healtheducation, which means, is one of the important link. On the other hand, it is exposed increasingly seriouspsychological problems or mental illness among middle school students.On the basic that social and family failed to fully psychological education function, and on thepremise that the function of school psychological counseling and guidance agencies cannot be completelyimplement, so it is of vital significance to carry out mental health counseling for students in the classroom.There is rich humanism in history,which contains the tremendous history systemã€the history dialecticalthinkingã€the history immense knowledge and rich history emotional materials. All can be effectively usedto do the psychological health counseling for students.The essay is based on former related research results, in the view of the common psychologicalhealth problems of high school students and aim to help them shape a healthy psychology.
