The role of high school ideological and political classes is to raise the moral standards of students and to make students become highly ethical persons.The curriculum contains rich resources of mental health education.It can effectively infiltrate mental health education knowledge and promote students' mental health in the classroom teaching process.Through consulting related literature,issuing survey questionnaires,classroom observation and interviews,this study explores the current situation of mental health education in high school ideological and political teaching.The problems were found and possible reasons for the problems were discussed.The tactics of infiltrating mental health education in the ideological and political classroom teaching are tentatively proposed,which provides guidance for political teachers to infiltrate mental health education in classroom teaching.This article is mainly discussed in the following sections.In the first part,the paper discusses the policy background,research status,key concepts,and research methods of infiltration mental health education in ideology and politics.In the second part,the problems existing in mental health education in high school ideological and political education are explained.The problems are as follows: teachers lack relevant mental health knowledge;teaching lacks corresponding mental health education goals;teachers do not pay attention to excavating teaching materials to implement“infiltration education” and missing opportunities for infiltration;The teaching method is single,and it does not focusing on selecting appropriate methods based on materials;The teaching method is single,and it does not focusing on the comprehensive use of multiple evaluations;classroom atmosphere is boring and the relationship between teachers and students needs further development.For the existing problems,in the third part,the following improvement strategies are proposed: improving teacher's psychological health education quality,changing teaching concepts,establishing permeation awareness;classifying and digging infiltration resources,focusing on the infiltration resources generated by the classroom;focusing on the combination of knowledge,improvingteachers' permeability;using a variety of evaluation methods,evaluation should be timely,specific,and encouraging;build a harmonious classroom environment and implementing the "infiltration education" efficiently.
