Based on the previous studies and combined with the relevant theories of pedagogy,this thesis discusses the necessity and feasibility of penetrating mental health education in the history teaching of senior high school.It puts forward the implementation strategies in three aspects: strengthening the self-cultivation of history teachers,constructing new relationship between teachers and students in history class and setting up the goal of mental education rationally.The study is carried out through teaching practice,researching the practical ways of penetrating mental health education in senior high school history teachingaccording to the test results of the questionnaire.After a period of teaching practice using the strategies and ways of infiltration,a questionnaire was again tested to verify the effect of penetrating mental health education on improving students' psychological condition in senior high school history teaching.The study findings have proved that it is not only good for the physical and mental development of senior high school students,but also conducive to helping students adapt to the social environmentand meet the requirements.Hopefully,this research can make some useful exploration in improving the mental health of senior high school students in senior high school history teaching.
