This paper mainly discusses the senior high school historyteaching in middle school students’ mental health to the cultivation ofthe factors. To extract from own teaching practice, and combining theeducation related theory, especially from the mental health the meaningof factors, such as elements, this paper discusses the historical trainingin the teaching of middle school students’ mental health education and theimportance of the training methods. According to the relevant theory designquestionnaire survey and combining with the teaching practice, theconclusions are as follows: the through in classroom teaching expectationeffect, stimulate the learning implementation of history, and the use ofcooperative learning in the teaching way and form a good habit of studyingthe way of improving the performance of the discipline of history, furtherdeveloping the students’ efforts to overcome difficulties, will temperingetc mental health literacy. Hope these high school history teaching canprovide some valuable reference.
