After more than 60 years of development in Henan volleyball,young men and women volleyball talents have continuously emerged.They have made achievements in domestic and international competitions,as far as Yuan Liubin,Guo Liang,and Sun Lijuan,as far as Jiao Shuai,Li Rui,Zhu Ting,and Henan Volleyball.Active contribution to China's volleyball career.The cultivation of volleyball reserve talents in Henan Province is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of volleyball.In recent years,Henan Province's volleyball performance in the domestic arena has not been satisfactory.Due to the small base of young volleyball players,the range of available materials is also narrowing.The LTAD model is a sports population training model that has developed well in European and American countries.The goal is not only to train high-level outstanding athletes to increase the competitiveness of international arenas,but also to face the general population lacking exercise.At the level of training young athletes It is not only aimed at "talented" sports seedlings,but also for all young people of appropriate age to participate in sports.It is a training model for mature athletes.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other sports scientific research methods to investigate the current situation of the cultivation of young volleyball players in Henan Province.At the same time,it interprets the LTAD model,compares and analyzes the two to find out which The difference is to try to provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of Henan youth volleyball players by referring to the LTAD model.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The overall situation of the cultivation of young volleyball players in Henan Province is good,but the training period is generally at a partial stage,the training motivation is more active and diverse,but the differentiation and transition of the training stages are not obvious,and the venue is more complete There is a certain training and competition frequency to accumulate training volume.2.The training content of youth volleyball team members in Henan Province is mainly based on volleyball skills and tactics,as well as physical fitness,and less on basic movement patterns,sports nutrition,and sports recovery.Most of the training methods are mainly education and sports system training,lacking the involvement of social training and family training,and the funding sources for training are single.3.The educational background of the youth volleyball coaches in Henan Province is basically college or above,but the number of scientific research is relatively small,most have professional team sports experience,the coaching period is longer,and the coaches 'coaching philosophy has a large deviation,and basically have their own unique Style characteristics.4.The LTAD model has achieved good results in the cultivation of sports talents in European and American countries.It differs from the current volleyball player training model in Henan Province in terms of training stages,audience training,training goals,training content,training channels,etc.The following suggestions are formed through research: 1.Drawing on the LTAD model,the Henan Province youth volleyball player's optimization plan is formulated.It is necessary to pay attention to the content of limited development of young people in different training stages,and to focus on cultivating their basic athletic ability in the initial stage.2.Develop diversified training methods for volleyball players,encourage social clubs and athlete families to jointly train,use Henan women's volleyball team and Henan Tianguan men's volleyball team to establish echelons of different age groups,and establish five cities in Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Xinyang,Zhoukou and Kaifeng.Volleyball talent bases in Central,Western Henan,Southern Henan,Northern Henan and Eastern Henan,integrate resources.3.Optimize the coaching concept of coaches,organize various types of coaches training at all levels,build coach communication platforms,and employ high-level domestic and foreign coaches to teach in the education and sports systems.4.With the support of lottery,enterprises and other social forces and funds,the outstanding athletes and outstanding alumni have been trained to attract investment to the team.
