In our country,one of the development of competitive sports problems is to cultivate reservetalents.Because cultivating reserve talents could show the strength in competitive sports of China.It’s alsoan important safeguard of the development of competitive sports.No matter what kind of sports events,ifyou want to improve your levels,you must follow the development of the sports events and the growingpattern of the athletes.Do the backup job in a down-to-earth way.Is an important work to foster the reservetalents of competitive tennis.It’s one of the most important factors.At present,competitive tennis in our country have rapid development.Li Na,Peng Shuai,Zheng Jie andsome other tennis athletes have achieved success in international tennis occupation competitions.Especially,Li Na won the gold medal in the2010French Open and the second place in the2013AustralianOpen.It can prove the tennis strength of our country.But with the development of competitive tennis of ourcountry,the demand to reserve talents will be higher and higher.So study on reserve talents will promote thedevelopment of China’s tennis great extent.Competitive tennis in Henan province develops rapidly.But ifthe levels of competitive tennis in Henan province want to make progresses,it should set up a perfect teamto foster the reserve talents.With the literature method,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics to investigatethe reserve talents of Henan province.Finding out the influencing factors of the cultivation of reservetalents.Summarizing advantages and existing problem in Henan province competitive tennis reservetalents.Conclusions are as follows:1.There are some differences of tennis development among the cities in Henan province.Zhenzhou,Luoyang,Pingdingshan and some other cities goes well.Hebi, Puyang,Zhoukou and some citiesdevelop slowly because of the simple equipment and a relatively small number of participants.2.Popularity of tennis sports is not high,there are less people have a training.The male and femaleathletes are out of proportion.The young who join in some tennis activities almost have an age between7-16.And have the training time less than3years.They have less chances to have some competitions. 3.Parents back their children to have some tennis trainings.Tennis athletes also have active trainingmotivations and good training attitudes.But they have contradictions between learning and training ofmutual restrictions.4.The instructors are young and inexperienced.Academic titles are low.Research capacity needs to bestrengthened.They have low salary.There have little training for instructors.Their training ideas are obsoleteand not improve.5.Management systems are not perfect.The ways to train reserve talents are simple.The main way isholding some amateur tennis training classes.The instructors rent the place and training them in smallclasses.The most parents afford the charge.6.Henan province tennis reserve talents training has some problems about money,place,andfacilities.The most funds are subsidized by parents.Athletes have a single way to make money.The numberof facilities in every city does not satisfy the needs of athletes training.
