Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Reserve Talents Cultivation In Traditional Schools Of Volleyball In Junior Middle Schools In Henan Province

Along with the powerful sports country and sports country gap has shrunk gradually,athletics is the core competitiveness of a country.The training of volleyball backup talents is thekey factor for the resurrection of volleyball in china.As the advantages of the project in our country, volleyball has made contributed to thecause of athletics sports in a certain period of time. The Chinese women’s volleyball team failedto win a medal on London Olympics in2012. It is the problem that Chinese women’s volleyballneed to import backup talents and improve reserve personnel level. Throughout at all levels ofvolleyball teams in our country, the training of backup talents is the first problem need to solve.By using the date of literature material, the method of questionnaire survey, andmathematical statistics, this paper studies the traditional middle school volleyball players andcoaches who taken part in the2013volleyball tournament in Henan province were investigated.Many problems are found in traditional volleyball middle schools in Henan province, especiallyin the training of volleyball backup talents. And according to the situation of Henan province, theimprovement countermeasures are put forward in this paper.This investigation initially comes to the following conclusions:1.Athletes needed to take much time to practice volleyball, so they had not plenty of time tostudy cultural work. The conflict between the training and study makes athletes’ culturalachievement undesirable.2. Athletes are lack of reasonable competition mechanism. And they have little opportunityto take part in the the competition, so they could not improve themselves with the differentcompetitions.3.The registration management in traditional schools is not scientific, and it lead to a lowerrate of outstanding athletes.4. Irrational age structure and poor cultivating work and lack of scientific researchconsciousness are the main problems, and these cannot meet the requirements of the scientifictraining demand. we should enhance the continuing learning and cultivating of trainer troop.Meanwhile, we really need to bring experienced professional coach.5.The school have not make good use of social resources, and this situation leaded to collectfunds become more hardly, so the lack of necessary material guarantee existed as well.6.The employment situation for college students is quite grim currently, the major problemit has caused is the brain drain of excellent volleyball backup talents.
