Especially the adolescent sportscompetition, it carries more education, training, guidance and assistance function, and it have greatsignificance to cultivate and select excellent talents. In the track and field sports reserve personnel trainingsystem, training and competition are two inseparable organic components. But at present the situation ofthe track and field reserve talent training more than competition in our province has not improved, thehysteresis development of the track and field competition system has greatly hindered the cultivation anddevelopment of the Adolescents Reserve Talents.Perfect and reasonable competition system has plays an important role in the development andtechnical level of the track and field competition. The development of adolescent track and field sports in Henan Province lack of social andenterprises support, and the channel of race funding sources are single.2. The number of teenagers to participate in track and field competition is less, can not meet the needs of adolescent group training with competition.3. Teenagers game schedule is not enough reasonable and easy conflict with to cultural learn.4. The qualification censorship of adolescent track and field athletes of Henan province is morerelaxed, the competition style and discipline is mismanagement, and fairness of the competition is low.Suggestions:1. To establish a fair and reasonable sports operating mechanism, create a good competitionenvironment, strengthen the legal construction and moral construction of sports competition, explore morestandardized perfect competition management mechanism.2. Using a variety of promotional methods to expand the influence of track and filed in Henanprovince, to improve the viewing of the track and field competition.3. To reform the competition method further, at the same time in the policy to guide society toparticipate in the competition, encourage the community to actively undertake all kinds of sports events bya variety of forms such as bidding and bid to host.4. Appropriately increased competition, and actively exert the value of competition, promote thedevelopment of reserve forces.
