In the specific region accumulated by the local culture, the school to carryout water and nutrients essential characteristics of physical educationcurriculum.But the regional cultural resources increasingly weakened anddisappearance of the phenomenon, in the society has resonated, a person withbreadth of vision from all walks of life have called for the protection of regionalculture.Integrated into the regional cultural and sports in the school-basedcurriculum, namely the protection and inheritance of regional culture, but alsothe physical education curriculum reform.In this paper, using the method of literature, logical analysis, case analysisand interview, according to "environmental model development theory" and"back to life curriculum ecology" theory, explains the interaction of physicaleducation curriculum and the region culture, development and utilization ofphysical education curriculum types of regional culture resources, combinedwith the city of Zhengzhou Yu Hong primary school development "thesimplification of Shaolin boxing" courses in this case, the development trend ofsports school-based curriculum from the perspective of regional culture werestudied.Research suggests that:1, physical education and health curriculum and culture are closely related,reciprocal causation, for the purpose of reciprocal conditions,mutual.Geographical and cultural quality, change, behavior and ways ofthinking affect sports school-based curriculum quality, content and development;school sports curriculum accumulation, inheritance, selection and creation of regional culture.2, the development and utilization of sports school-based curriculum is themain type of regional cultural resources of folk sports.Return of the folk sportsin the school-based curriculum, help students to suit one’s measures to localconditions to carry out physical fitness activities, but also conducive to thefeelings of regional culture in the folk sports project.3, Zhengzhou Yuhong primary school is the Shaolin martial arts school,and schools of traditional sports events, the simplification of Shaolin boxingcurriculum development, curriculum objectives, content selection, the teachingprocess and development of highly regional characteristics, to reveal the organicintegration of regional culture and the characteristics of school-based curriculumand its cultural heritage significance of the times, has the model effect of.4, regional culture into the physical education class, although there havebeen remarkable achievements in sports, guest classroom teaching shouldincrease the development and utilization of regional culture resources; but in theimplementation process is also insufficient; no textbook content system and alack of teachers is the major factor influencing the development of teachers’professional knowledge and skills, the existing level, is another key factoraffecting development of regional physical education curriculum.5, integration of regional culture and school-based curriculum, shouldformulate a long-term development plan, make full use of media publicity andcyber source, trains the student to the regional culture of enthusiasm, stimulatetheir interest in learning of the regional sports.To develop systems of trainingplan, training theory and skills of physical education teacher, so that they canbetter the regional cultural knowledge and skills to students.
