At present high school argumentative writing common superficial understandingof language, structure of rough, pale ills. Therefore, the author thinks that is now highschool students must have the language literacy, write a quality and beauty ofargumentation is not only the need of examination-oriented education, more highschool students history literature accomplishment in the growth process, need todevelop their own literary temperament. So, how to solve the problems of high schoolstudents on writing exists, has become an urgent problem in the teaching of highschool Chinese composition.Mencius has play a decisive role role in the history of thought. His Confucianthought and literary attainments in thousands of years later still glittering the light ofwisdom. On Mencius prose, the style of the language freely, grand and magnificent,not to stick to one pattern form,hasbeen leading the debate art trend. And for theteaching of argumentative writing now, argumentation skills we can properly absorbMencius prose, grasp the debate art of Mencius.The skill how to master Mencius, and effectively applied to high school thesisteaching, the author obtains some experience and Enlightenment in the teachingpractice, namely by purposive argument to highlight the students writing focus; withcompact structure to guide students’ writing layout; cultivate the students’ thinkingability by analogy with reasoning; analogy reasoning to motivate students’ lifewisdom; to enhance the students’ language literary grace with parallelism.
