City Public Kindergarten Management Research

Nowadays, under the trend of reform of the educational system, publickindergartens are facing more and more serious challenges of survival anddevelopment. Under the current situations, how to fully play the advantages of publickindergartens, to form more advanced management styles and to earn future survivalsand developments has become problems which public kindergartens must deal with.Based on the study of a public kindergarten in Huludao, Liaoning Province, thisarticle conducted in-depth discussion on some common problems existing in thekindergarten management. Through macroscopic, the middle, microcosmic views, wegain some useful experience and enlightenment.Paper mainly includes four parts. The first part discussed the currentdevelopment and dynamic researches of management system of the publickindergartens. The second part discussed about the individual cases of a publickindergarten by analyzing the current situations, the problems of organizationmanagement, personnel management and teaching management in the publickindergarten. The third part further analyzed the causes of the problem, thinking thatimperfect laws of early pre-school education, obstructions of pre-school managementsystem, construction lack of management system of kindergarten and quality lack ofmanagers and administrators impact the formation of public kindergartenmanagement. The fourth part proposed some corresponding suggestions includingfurther consummating the relevant systems of the public kindergarten management,further strengthening the self-construction of public kindergarten and furtherenhancing the management capacity of the public kindergarten managers in existencequestions of management of public kindergartens.
