The Research On Upgrade Efficiency Of Higher Education Management System

The high educational system could be a very important effect for the developingof professional and comprehensive national power in the world as the heart ofknowledge-economy. For our country, the high educational system must to have thediversification and specialization in the course of developing with our society in theprocess of reform and development.Enhancement of the management system ofhigher education is a hot topic of China’s and international research. Meanwhile it wasone of the goals of the development of many countries. Based on the development ofeducation in our country and respond to policy of our technology and educationstrategy, Optimize the efficiency of resource allocation in higher education and theelimination of X-inefficiency in the management system of higher education is toenhance the pursuit of the goal of higher education management system These goalsrely on the most critical problems of property ownership, organizational structure andoperational mechanism in our education system, institutions of higher staff lack ofmotivation, educational resources are not rational distribution and professionaldisciplines set does not match the demand for social development issues highlighted.In my paper, I introduced the foreign advanced cases, to draw inspiration andexperience from the issue of reform of the management system of higher education inJapan and the United States, combined with Chinese actual situation. The key oftackle the problem is to intensify self-administration of university, efficiency ofmechanism, with the power of government at the same time. We should improve theresource of society and market mechanism. In terms of high educational system to ourcountry, the role of government is the main supporter for the resource of educationaldevelopment needs. Besides, the role of society and market is the main provider. Thedevelopment of higher education not only to rely on the support of market，societyand government, but also support society, market and government to professionalsand scientific management theory. So it is the ultimate goal of my study. This article is based on the system of higher education efficiency.how does Universitiesmanagement itself, how does government, society and market force to deepen thereform of system of our country education，The efficiency of abroad educationsystem promotion which to bring into lessons from a meaning for our countryeducation and all that is to study the subject.
