Since the advent of the knowledge-based economy,the adjustment of industrial structure,knowledge and technology updates faster, in response to those changes,workers had toprepared to engage in various professional, career clusters curriculum model wanted to buildvocational courses based on the career clusters framework. American career clusterscurriculum ideas is similar to career education, the aims were to prepare high school studentsfor further studies and employment. American career clusters model was based on somecommon characteristics of the occupation, and reifned career clusters, according to thecommon core of skills standards, the comprehensive student interest and social need todevelop career clusters courses. Career clusters courses from concept idea into practicemeasures are worth learning.The following text is divided into several sections, the introduction, career clustercurriculum development process and the basic concepts, career cluster curriculum modeldevelopment, career development and career cluster curriculum development cluster analysisof the characteristics.Introduction. This study describes the background and significance, this paper introducesthe research methods, and the core concept of this’’career cluster"", curriculum development"has been defined.Chapter I,career cluster curriculum development process and cause analysis. Accordingto career clusters and development programs in the background, the career cluster curriculumdevelopment process is divided into three stages, namely the generation phase, the declinestage, the rehabilitation phase.Chapter II,career cluster curriculum theory and the basic philosophy. Describes how the careercluster curriculum framework, including career clusters framework, career majors, coursesand national standards of knowledge and skills,and describes the development of careercourses assist mode.Chapter IV,career cluster curriculum development. Including needs analysis, curriculumdevelopment project advisory committee, according to the standard curriculum developmentgoals, develop course content, curriculum development and organization development and aseries of curriculum evaluation procedures.Chapter V, career cluster course features analysis.
