Education information put forward higher requirements for teachers. It is not onlyrequires teachers to have basic knowledge of the subject, but also requires teachers to haveinformation instructional design ability, and innovative spirit. In order to comply with therequirements of the development of this information age, and to promote the professionaldevelopment of teachers, it is imperative for teachers to improve Information InstructionalDesign ability.This paper takes teachers in primary and secondary school at Longnan district ofGansu province as research subjects in this paper. It adopted the method of literatureresearch, quantitative research, combined with interviews to study the process, this paperanalyze the current situation based Information Instructional Design capacity of the primaryand secondary school teachers, investigate the reasons for the differences of teachers basedInstructional Design capacity, and build the framework of the factors that affect the primaryand secondary school teachers in information instructional design ability. On this basis, thisstudy put forward a few suggestions to improve information instructional design capabilitiesof primary and secondary school teachers.This paper includes six chapters:The first part is the research summary, this chapter introduces the research background,domestic and foreign research current situation, the research purpose and significance,research contents, ideas and methods.The second part introduces the related concepts about information instructional designand the basic ability structure of primary and secondary school teachers.The third part details the implementation process of the study, Described for thepreparation of the questionnaire, then Tested the reliability and validity of questionnaire.The fourth part mainly discusses the current situation of primary and secondary schoolteachers’ Information Instructional Design capacity at Longman district of Gansu province,and the existence of differences. I’ve analyzed the differences that exist between differentages, different degree, different teaching subjects, Use of computer-aided teaching atdifferent ages.The fifth part analyzed the influence factors of primary and secondary school teachersin information instructional design. And the interview influence factors of frame are built,According to the results of literature survey. The sixth part mainly put forward Suggestions for the improvement of the primary andsecondary school teachers’ information instructional design ability, according to the presentsituation and influence factors, in order to be helpful for teachers. At last,this chaptersummarizes the whole researching work and generalizes the conclusion of the research,besides these,the author also indicated the weak points of the research,pointed out thestudy of the possible innovation and the direction of further research.With the development of information age, more and more Educators take attention tothe information instructional design, there are still many problems about research ofprimary and secondary school teachers’ information instructional design, and we hope thatthe research in this field of academics can get more attention.
