| With the advent of information 2.0 era,information teaching design has gradually become an indispensable part of classroom teaching.As the frontline workers of classroom teaching,the ability of information teaching design of primary and secondary school teachers has become a hot topic in society,so it is urgent to improve the ability of information teaching design of primary and secondary school teachers.Focusing on the problem of information teaching design ability of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas,this paper first uses the literature research method to sort out the research status of information teaching design ability at home and abroad.Secondly,this study is based on competency theory,and through the analysis of the current representative standards of information teaching ability,the content of the research is reorganized,and the framework of information teaching design ability is obtained.It mainly includes three dimensions: basic knowledge,skills and attitude of information teaching design.Thirdly,according to the content structure of information teaching design ability,the questionnaire of information teaching design ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers is designed,and 150 rural primary and secondary school teachers in a county of Jiangxi Province are taken as the object of investigation.In order to understand the current situation of teachers’ information teaching design ability in this area.The results show that the rural primary and secondary school teachers are lack of knowledge of teaching design method theory and information technology.In the aspect of information teaching design attitude,teachers are aware of the importance of information teaching design.And willing to carry out information teaching design.However,the overall teaching design skills of teachers are low,especially in the deep processing of resources,evaluation,communication and collaboration,and innovation.Fourth,based on the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of the information-based teaching design ability of primary and secondary school teachers,some suggestions on improving the information-based teaching design ability of primary and secondary school teachers are discussed from three aspects,includingschools,educational administrative departments and teachers themselves,so as to provide some valuable references and inspiration for the subsequent research on improving the information-based teaching design ability.Finally,this paper summarizes the content of this study,and expounds the deficiencies of this study and its prospects. |
