Language curriculum reform of basic education has entered a reflection and a crucial stage, language teacher professionalism situation to become a success determinants, language teachers, professional knowledge literacy is an important component of their professionalism, but also an important symbol of the professional level of language teachers. Language teachers professional knowledge of literacy formation pathway: two aspects of the development of pre-service education and employment. This stage of formation the the ideal convergence system to improve the expertise of language teachers construct the road, so to some extent affect the process of professional development of language teachers, the consequent impact on the overallquality of the teaching of language subjects. In this study, a comparative analysis to the survey in the form of post-secondary school language teachers pre expertise; choose to observe objects targeted classroom observations and interviews, through the analysis of the results for pre-language cultures of normal school students language teacher training in the post-relevant recommendations Therefore, the research for language teachers education pre-service stage its expertise from both theoretical and practical level analysis and inquiry.Theoretical and practical basis of the first part of the study focuses research the prominent language teachers expertise of the important role of key words conceptual definition.
