The Research Of Performance Appraisal System Of Adult Education School

performance appraisal was mainly applied in HR of Enterprise and Public Servic e Administration in the beginning, and alsoimportant way ofenhancing HRM,which was adopted by many schools.Meanwhile, it is the effective way of fully utilization of resources and cultivation of core competitive power as well. What’s more, performance appraisal plays an important role on completing inner structure of school, improving quality of teaching and increasing sustainable development of schools. However, it’s sometimes unable to reach the goal above because of the incorrect management ways.This paper is based on the theory of Economics and HRM and Performance management, combining the comprehensive summary and specific evaluation, deeply researching the performance appraisal of Adult Education School. For the example of School M, the paper analyses the current performance appraisal, concludes the problems and the reasons, uses the reference of advanced management ways abroad in order to dissect the performance appraisal system of School M. The paper synthesizes the dynamic balance of the process and result appraisal, innovates the AHP into the performance appraisal system of Adult Education School in order to build a scientific and practical model of performance appraisal which encouraging the staff and promoting the organization of performance appraisal and put forward the reference towards the implement of school performance management.At last, in order to ensure the successful process, this paper presents three ways: improving management consciousness, enhancing system construction and building appraisal database which can make sure of overcoming the obstacle and objectivity and impartiality of performance result.
