The article is based on the theory of modern human resource management and performance evaluation theory. With the practice of combining the work of domestic colleges and universities to explore the administrative cadres's performance evaluation issue, the author focused on building a set of administrative cadres in our country's colleges and universities performance evaluation index system, then give a relatively complete implementation plans. The article is in view of the current performance appraisal of colleges and universities that exist in the practical problems and put forward counter measures and suggestions, with a view to assessing the performance of specific colleges and universities to provide information. In this article, a questionnaire survey method, empirical analysis and other research methods were used.Firstly, the auther studies on the background and meaning of the topics, Then is the analysis of administrative cadres in colleges and universities native and abroad performance evaluation of the status quo,then the article the points out the main content and methods of the study and describes the performance evaluation of the relevant theory.Secondly, research the present situation of our country.analyse the performance appraisal of the administration cadres of domestic colleges and universities and the existing problems to defect what we should do to make efforts to solve, lay the foundation for the next step to construct a reasonable, scientific, and comprehensive performance evaluation index system.The following part is the core of this article, namely, the performance evaluation index system of the administration cadres of domestic colleges and universities. This author designs a set of index system and use the method of AHP with the help of SPSS package to determine the weight for each index. In order to test the indicator system, the author chose the data of the management college of a domestic university as the pilot unit of empirical analysis.Finally, the author explained the specific implementation to evaluate the performance of the administration cadres of colleges and universities, the feedback of the results and related supporting regulation systems.
