The new curriculum reform making new demands on teachers’ curriculum concepts, teachers are required to have a course consistent with the new curriculum ideas concept, because the curriculum concept of the teachers affect teaching behavior, and determine the success or failure of the implementation of the new curriculum reform. Fully understand the curriculum concept of the teachers and effective guide teachers view course take the appropriate way, prompted teachers to form a new concept of course, the only way to the smooth progress of the reform process of the new curriculum.This study used questionnaires of the Shihezi144junior high school the curriculum concept of the mathematics teachers interview survey and interview four-Shihezi junior high school mathematics teachers view curriculum formation process in-depth interviews. The research results show that, Shihezi view the curriculum of the junior high school mathematics teachers are more inclined to the concept of the new curriculum and new curriculum ideas, but there is a certain gap. First of all, the survey found the Shihezi junior high school mathematics teachers view course there were no significant differences in gender, educational background, teaching experience, titles. New number of training courses have some differences, including the nature of the course more significant influence concept, the target concept, content, concept, the implementation of the concept, evaluate the impact of the concept of smaller. Secondly, In the new curriculum reform of math teachers has been actively move closer to the new curriculum ideas discovered through interviews. Found problems:New curriculum training curriculum for mathematics teachers influence has some limitations; Teachers’ curriculum and the new curriculum standards philosophy there is a gap; Most junior high school math teachers do not realize that they are in the curriculum reform in an important position and role; Lack of effective leadership to lead. Accordingly, the study proposed countermeasures:Adjust the new curriculum training content and methods, emphasis on new curriculum reform principals leading role, establish a fair and reasonable evaluation system for teachers, teaching and research activities and to play the role of school-based teaching and research, multi-channel self-renewal capacity to stimulate teachers. Research from the conception of the nature of the course, the target concept, content view, implementation concept and evaluation view of five areas to enrich and deepen the theoretical study of the Teachers’Curriculum Idea. Trying through the investigation and analysis of Shihezi curriculum view the status of junior high school mathematics teachers, found that the existing problems and the impact of factors, propose solutions, and provide reference for the implementation of the new curriculum for the Shihezi area of junior high school.
