But there are still many problems, the masses fitness aspect, one ofthe important links of cultivating social sports instructor also affect the developmentof mass sports. At present, the total number of social sports instructors in Xinjianghas reached20179people, in the overall number has been greatly improved, but stillunable to meet the practical needs of mass body-building, each prefecture (city) ofsocial sports instructors development is not balanced, the cultivation of social sportsinstructors problem has become the constraints of Xinjiang mass sports development"bottleneck" therefore, perfecting the social sports instructors training work isparticularly important.In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method,interview method, mathematical statistics method, on-the-spot investigation methodstarting from the present situation of the social sports instructor training, trainingstatus and its influence factors to fully reveal the social sports instructor, putsforward the corresponding countermeasure to education instructor training work forthe Xinjiang Society of development, and provide a theoretical basis in order toestablish the perfect training system; according to the Xinjiang regionalcharacteristics and national characteristics, and actively explore, looking for asuitable for Xinjiang social sports instructors training development ideas andeffective way.According to the analysis of the present situation of social sports instructorstraining in Xinjiang, this paper reveals the main problems existed in the training work: all areas of social sports instructors and uneven development, agricultural andpastoral areas of the minority areas, the lack of sports resources, mass sportsdevelopment is relatively backward; training qualification review is not strict enough,resulting in a waste of resources; training time, training content targeted is not strong;single form of training, lack of training practical ability; national, level of trainingcontent difference, the training content repeated; lack of training funds, hardwarefacilities is not perfect; training and assessment is not strict, assessment content lackof practice.Combined with the actual situation in Xinjiang, and puts forward somesuggestions and Countermeasures to improve and perfect the training work for theinvestigation and analysis of factors and effect: increased training efforts at all levelsto strengthen the social sports instructors; minority areas, agricultural and pastoralareas, minority social sports instructors training efforts; strengthen the trainingreform, emphasis on skills training practice; use of higher the advantages ofinstitutions, strengthen the construction of all levels of training base; combined withXinjiang local characteristics, and carry out the training content and innovative;pertinence and effectiveness of training; increase the training funds investment,improve the training conditions; increase the training times, broaden the trainingchannels of social sports instructors at all levels; training qualification strictly,standardize training assessment system, strengthen feedback and evaluation oftraining.
