Social Sports Instructor Training Status Quo Of The Research Of Hunan

With the healthy development of China's construction,the national fitness rose to national strategy for the reform and development of mass sports into a powerful force.The sports industry to actively adapt to the people's health requirements,optimizing the allocation of elements and service supply,promote fitness and health of the depth of integration,the key focus is: the supply side structural reform in the field of social sports instructor construction personnel problems.In view of this,in this study based on the previous research,through literature research,comprehensive analysis,field research and empirical analysis,mainly from the public welfare social sports instructor status,occupation training base of social sports instructors training situation,college social sports management and guidance of professional personnel training in three aspects of the status quo of Hunan fitness training market of social sports talent cultivation and growth development of the core problem is discussed,in order to cultivate sports talents construction,combing the social use,agglomeration,relationship development and existing problems,and puts forward practical suggestions and Countermeasures of social sports talent growth and sustainable development.The conclusions and recommendations of this study are:1.Hunan fitness market demand,although in recent years,the scale of social sports instructor team increased year by year,but the number is still insufficient,the quality is not high,the utilization rate is low.2.Hunan social sports instructors vocational skills identification is not balanced,less professional jobs,low pass rate.3.College social sports guidance and management professional point of balance,but a small number of large,fitness market,Only to absorb the lack of employment bright red card.4.The national social sports instructors and trainers not much substantivepositions of the instructor of social recognition is not high,the lack of a sense of belonging occupation.With the health Chinese construction started,the health needs of multi-level and diversified will provide new space for the development of social sports talents,the health policy and industrial policy also pointed out a new direction for social sports.In order to solve the problems existing in the construction of social sports instructors in Hunan,the paper puts forward five suggestions:1.Pay attention to the orderly operation of government oriented long-term mechanism and improve the coordination mechanism.2.Pay attention to the reasonable and effective use of the assessment and evaluation mechanism of social sports talents.3.Build a management platform to achieve a good cooperation between school and enterprise.4.The implementation of vocational skills appraisal standards system,the establishment of a diversified assessment system.5.Innovation education chain,promote the differentiation and formation of social sports talent training.
