Classroom management of Kindergartens mainly means that the kindergartenteachers are on the based on the love in the process of kindergarten teaching activities,through the integrated management of classroom management model, classroomroutine, classroom behavior management, time management and physicalenvironment and kindergarten teachers themselves, teachers and child can achievetwo-way care management, it ultimately internalizes into the self-management ofteachers and children. Effective classroom management can promote two-waydevelopment of kindergarten teachers and children, in the process of the concretepractice of the kindergarten classroom management, the situation of teachers andchildren is really worrying: kindergarten teachers are burnout, happiness is declining;early children are lost of the main sexual status, their physical and verbal are restraintthrough a variety of ways and means, as Foucault said "discipline". Nell Noddings’caring theory provides us with a new perspective, the caring theory attaches greatimportance to the Caring relationship of "you-me", we find the meeting point ofcaring theory and classroom management from the philosophical foundation of theorycare, happy teachers, teacher students understanding of the relationship as well assexual orientation, but also it provides a new theoretical support and research ideas forus to study classroom management.In this study, it is based on interviews and observation, we analyze conventionalmanagement class of kindergarten teachers, classroom behavior management, timemanagement, the teacher’s own management, and the management of the physicalenvironment, from caring theory "you-me "the relationship,we Investigatekindergarten teacher in the analysis of the management process-the "I" of thesituation and child care "you",at last we Investigate Ought to status of managementfrom the perspective of caring overview.From the perspective of the"you-me", the negative emotions of kindergartenteachers continues to breed, management process is improper; the management ofproblem children are helpless and management efficiency is low; kindergartenteachers control the physical and verbal of the children through explicit verbal instruction, the materialization of props, seating arrangements, the layout of the tablesand chairs. The plight of classroom management is showed: Firstly, in the managementphilosophy of "wandering".Secondly, the loss of children dominant position;"strict"and "love"boundaries is improper.Finally, this study explores Classroom ManagementOught First from the perspective of caring theory Caring:a kindergarten teachersshould have a care-management concepts; Second, the kindergarten teacher is caringexperience; Finally, kindergarten teachers, parents, and the children are acare-management community.
