A caring relationship is warm,and a caring world is beautiful.In the mid-1980s,Nell Noddings,a well-known American educational philosopher,put forward the theory of caring education,which had a wide-ranging influence on the Western world.Caring education theory attaches importance to the formation of caring relationships between teachers and students.Studies have shown that good teacher-student relationships are conducive to promoting the development of students'physical and mental health,motivating teachers' work enthusiasm,and enhancing teachers' professional identity and happiness.After the introduction of caring education theory into the country,it has become a hot topic.Nowadays,the research results related to caring education are quite abundant.Combining the current reality of frequent child abuse in kindergartens,in order to promote the physical and mental health of young children,and to improve teachers' professional value and work happiness,the study of the relationship between teachers and children is of great significance.The study selected F kindergarten as the sample school and 4 teachers and their classes as the research objects.The observation and interview methods were mainly used to evaluate the teachers' care motives,consciousness of attention and motivational displacement,and their care behaviors and child care responses.Comprehensive investigation and qualitative analysis.Based on the theory of caring relationships,researchers have carried out a realistic review of caring in teacher-child interaction.The real caring relationship presents the following characteristics:first,caring originates from emotions and responsibilities similar to "maternal love";second,teachers as they show Accept everything from children,listen,observe and feel children with an open and indiscriminate attitude;then,teachers meet children's needs rationally and rigorously;and then take care of them based on the principle of democracy and equality.Finally,children accept and confirm,Feedback of current sexual behavior and positive development and change reward the teacher's care.However,there is still an alienated care relationship in the current teacher-child relationship,which is specifically manifested in:caring for the child from personal interests and neglecting the child's independent personality;when paying attention to the child,he cannot fully accept everything from the child,and cannot listen,observe and feel the child with his heart;Motivational displacement requires careless treatment of young children;manipulation and control in the caring action link cannot coexist with young children on an equal basis;and young children,as caregivers,also have problems of refusing care,responding to improper behaviors,and not changing their habits.Through the analysis of influencing factors such as teachers,kindergartens,parents,and media,it is found that teachers 'own burnout,teacher-child conflict,and the delay of care effects lead to insufficient motivation for care,and obsolete concepts related to teacher education cause care awareness bias;teachers'professionalism Lack of literacy leads to inadequate care;parents'excessive panic about child abuse has caused teachers' fear of care;incorrect education concepts and methods have weakened the care of teachers;lack of humanistic care in the mental and institutional environment of the kindergarten has depleted teachers Caring energy.In order to build a caring teacher-child relationship,teachers should update their education-related concepts,improve their caring literacy,and cultivate the quality of child care;kindergartens should reduce their meaningless work and create a caring home environment;parents should understand and trust teachers,Change the educational concept and build a caring parent-child relationship with young children;the media needs to report more positive teacher examples to reshape the positive image of young teachers in the minds of the public.All parties should form a synergy of education,promote a caring relationship between teachers and children,and enhance the value of life for both teachers and children.
