The caring educational theory rose of the United States in the late20th century,the educational theory have an important impact in the entire Western education sector.It is influenced by postmodernism and feminism, drawn by the combination ofhumanistic philosophy, ethics and moral education. Studies suggested that theteachers’ caring for students’ individual life has a great impact on the growth,especially in the academic, interpersonal aspects. Cause of influence and Chinascholar’s introduction of Caring Educational Theory,We explore the theory inprimary and secondary schools in China. But this kind of explore is lack inkindergarten education. So kindergarten teachers caring behavior research has verypractical significance, not only because of kindergarten teachers special requirementsof particular occupational groups, but also to make sure that children can grow betterin the care of kindergarten teachers. Many negative reports of child abuse, so thestudy of kindergarten teachers’ caring behaviors has great realistic significance.This study adopts the case study method, paper data collection through literature,observation and interview, above all select six research objects in-depth study. Theaim of this study is to investigate the kindergarten teachers for the concept of caringbehavior and cognitive collect care for the children of the kindergarten teachers, toanalyze and summarize the impact of the kindergarten teachers caring behaviorTraining Strategy. Through this,we can get conclusions and recommendations. So thethesis consists of five parts:First part: Questions. Elaborate background and research of the theory, introducethe research questions, identify research methods, select the object of study.Part II: Review. Induction and consolidation the caring education, the research ofteachers caring behaviors at home and abroad, summarized the connotation and thespecific performance form of teachers’ caring behaviors.Part III: The case story of kindergarten teachers. There are five aspects of thispart. Including kindergarten teachers’ understanding of caring and teachers concern ofthe young children, Teachers to satisfy the needs of young children, the response andfeedback of early childhood, the factors that affect kindergarten teachers caringbehavior, summarized and deep description the kindergarten teachers with locallanguage. Part IV: Study conclusions. There are five characteristics there. Caring teacherand children relationship is the premise of the kindergarten teacher caring behaviors,the premise is focus, it is main purpose to serve the needs of young children.Concluded drawn the teachers caring behavior by the preferences of their ownexperience and personal character, as well as by social media, kindergarten andcolleagues, young children and their parents.Part V: Recommendations. Form external factors and factors of teachers,recommendations to promote kindergarten teacher caring behaviors.
