Many negative reports of child abuse, so thestudy of kindergarten teachers’ caring behaviors has great realistic significance.This study adopts the case study method, paper data collection through literature,observation and interview, above all select six research objects in-depth study. Theaim of this study is to investigate the kindergarten teachers for the concept of caringbehavior and cognitive collect care for the children of the kindergarten teachers, toanalyze and summarize the impact of the kindergarten teachers caring behaviorTraining Strategy. Through this,we can get conclusions and recommendations. So thethesis consists of five parts:First part: Questions. Elaborate background and research of the theory, introducethe research questions, identify research methods, select the object of study.Part II: Review. Induction and consolidation the caring education, the research ofteachers caring behaviors at home and abroad, summarized the connotation and thespecific performance form of teachers’ caring behaviors.Part III: The case story of kindergarten teachers. There are five aspects of thispart. Including kindergarten teachers’ understanding of caring and teachers concern ofthe young children, Teachers to satisfy the needs of young children, the response andfeedback of early childhood, the factors that affect kindergarten teachers caringbehavior, summarized and deep description the kindergarten teachers with locallanguage. Part IV: Study conclusions. There are five characteristics there.
