In this paper, through the analysis of the Dezhou literacy education literatureresearch achievements of predecessors, absorption of well-known scholars, of theinitial1949-1957years in Dezhou Citythe literacy education movement has made thepreliminary inquiry, and summarizes its outstanding features and historicalexperience.In this paper, according to the five part sequence of time and logic atmosphere, each part islaying the groundwork for the next part, interlocking, logical.The introduction part mainly includes the literacy education, literacy education research andthe focus of this study and research methods.The first chapter introduces the origin of Dezhou city the literacy education movement, thethree reason the city of Dezhou to carry out literacy education movement in the main demand:demand trend of the national literacy education requirements, Dezhou economic, politicalconstruction and the broad masses of workers and peasants and cadres.The second chapter in Dezhou city in accordance with the literacy education movementitself development is divided into three stages to describe analysis. These three stages are: thecorrect guidance and the initial stage (1949-1951), steady development stage (1952-1955.6),andclinax stage(1955.6-1957)The third chapter mainly introduces the construction of Dezhou City, literacy education,teaching methods, teaching contents and teaching staff. This part combines some records and casestudy analysis, benefit by mutual discussion construction innovation Dezhou literacy educationmovement in the teaching methods, and flexible and standardized teaching content and strongteachers team.The fourth chapter describes the three outstanding characteristics of Dezhou City, theliteracy education movement in the. Respectively is: omnipresent propaganda network, payattention to solve the attitude problem, literacy of interaction between the government and the folk,each of these characteristics according to the literatures and case are analyzed and described theprofound.The fifth chapter is a summary of an evaluation by the study of Dezhou City, the literacyeducation movement. Some problems have made great achievements and existing summarizes theoretically, and concludes the historical experience desirable.Research methods of this paper is, from the history of that, the author adopts fromphenomenon to essence, from cause to effect, to collect the use of more reliable first-handinformation for research. In the study, we also use the related theories of sociology, logic andpsychology to explore the inherent problems of the literacy education movement, and payattention to combining point (surface is the national literacy education movement, is specific tothe Shandong Dezhou literacy education movement), from point to area, to summarize theexperience and lessons using data lots of case.
