With the promulgation of the Decade Development Plan (2011-2020) on the EducationalInformationization and the implementation, nowadays one of the hot is to design and developthe virtual experiments. Although the virtual experiments have been used widely in educationat present, there are many problems appeared in the process of evaluation design and use.Such as: neglect evaluation and feedback design, serious separation of the experimentalteaching and experimental evaluation, singleness of evaluation of the content and the method,pay more attention to evaluation outcome, overlook the students’ situation in each period. Theevaluation form is mainly summative evaluation and excessive reliance on the quantitativeresults, which ignore the track record of the students ’learning process, and can’t effectivelyprovide timely feedback and guidance for students’ learning.In order to solve the above problems, we take the chemical experiment teaching on ajunior high school for example in this study. First of all, according to the CompulsoryEducation Chemistry Curriculum Standard (2011), this paper determines the number ofexperiment and the cultivation objective of chemical curriculum, then refers to the method ofclassifying on chemical experiment, divides the chemical experiments into four parts asfollows: the experiment for cultivating ability, the experiment for verifying, the experimentfor exploring, the experiment for embodiment and experience.Secondly, this paper proposes the multiple evaluation index hierarchy of chemicalexperiment on junior high school based on the theory of multiple intelligences andperformance assessment by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Survey StudyMethod. And establishing teachers, students and computers as the multiple evaluation subject,designing and developing the diverse ways of evaluation such as virtual experiment,semi-automatic experiment report, online examination, experiment assignment, e-portfolioand so on, constructing the system of multiple evaluation on chemical virtual experimentteaching of junior middle school. The system not only is used to teach the experiment courseand operate the experiment for the students, but also used to assess the experiment learningsituation about the students. Wonderfully, it realizes the aim to supply the diverse ways oflearning evaluation for every student’ development.Finally, this paper chooses some students and chemical teachers in Lanzhou city as the object of the survey research, in order to research the degree of satisfaction and the implementof the effects on the system of multiple evaluation. By statistical analysis of the survey data,the author found that: most teachers and students gave legal force to the system of multipleevaluation, considering the system can record the process of experiment learning about thestudents, providing the effective feedback with the students in a timely manner, so that it canmeet the need of evaluating the learning outcomes by the diverse ways of evaluation. At thesame time, they think that the system can expand their horizon and communicate with eachother so that to solve their problems about learning through experiment expand and onlineforum project. However, some teachers pointed out that the system still exist a few problems,such as there are too many assessment tools, many tools can not put into effect with the limitof teaching time. Other teachers pointed out the problems in the design about the interface andinteraction, whether it is scientific about the knowledge content or not, the situation of theexperimental resources configuration and so on, they are still needed further correction andimprovement.
