Tibetan culture is the main body of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Lintan county is a multi-ethnic, multi-religious ghetto, where the distribution of Han, Hui, Tibetan and other ethnic minorities, and Tibetan culture absorbed cultural composition of Gannan local other nationalities. Local music as a cultural symbol, with its unique beauty and style, the folk music culture in music education, which not only inherit and develop the excellent ethnic culture, at the same time is to carry forward the national spirit, establish national pride. However, with the social progress, economic development, infiltration of pop music brought many negative effects to the development of national music culture of the region currently faces a weak trend. Protection and inheritance of traditional culture in the preschool education, is a major issue in early childhood education. Minority children as ethnic music heritage, it is necessary to know and study the focal music culture.This paper uses a questionnaire, field observations, interviews, consulting the research methods of literature, investigation and the current situation of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Lintan various grades kindergarten music to carry out the activities of the kindergarten, application status of Lintan County in Gannan on national music in music activities, through the analysis of relevant data, to identify the causes of problems in the implementation process, and puts forward the countermeasures for Lintan County kindergarten development, put forward the feasible suggestion of the local music education.The paper is divided into three parts:the first part, the overview of the development of traditional music culture in Lintan County of Gannan prefecture. This chapter introduces Lintan county natural geography, folk music culture, population and nationalities, as well as the current situation of national music in the Lintan County kindergarten; the second part, through the analysis of existing, characteristics and application of ethnic music and grasp the local objective in kindergarten music teaching activities; in the third part, in view of the problem; countermeasures and measures accordingly, factual materials provided by national minority music as the main contents of music teaching activities for local kindergarten and preschool teachers and references.
