Building teaching team is an important way to improve the teaching quality and thelevel of scientific research of institutions for institutions of higher learning. In the era ofknowledge economy, the stock of knowledge and the level of knowledge determine theteam’s knowledge creation ability, and the future development. High colleges teachingteam is a knowledge-intensive organization, the team members cooperate on the basis ofknowledge and teaching labor, and how to achieve the synergies of cooperation in bothteaching and innovative research is the main problem which per team needs to solve.High colleges teaching team is a team on basis of knowledge-sharing. In this article,taking into account the double identity characteristics of teaching and research of highcollege teaching team, and making knowledge sharing and innovation of team members asthe background, proposing the factors which affect team work behavior, such as theknowledge stock of members, the degree of knowledge sharing, knowledge absorptivecapacity, learning edge structure and incentives, to analyze the factors that affect theteaching team work and knowledge sharing.Based on the impact of the factors on theincome of members, selecting economic factors the choice of individual strategies to buildthe evolution game model of cooperative behavior of a member of the teaching team,combined with the results of evolutionary game,according to the characteristics that theresults of stability copy dynamic evolution depends on the a great chance initial state,analysis of the trend of the impact of various factors on the behavior of team membersbounded rationality. Analysis the individual strategy choice when the factors changingwithin a certain range using numerical simulation method, put forward reasonableproposals for the construction of the teaching team based on the simulation analysisresults. Through theoretical analysis, evolutionary game analysis and simulation verification,this article build a multi-symmetry evolution game model from an organizational point ofview, to analyze the impact of a member of the selected strategy of the other members ofthe decision-making strategy selection, providing a theoretical basis to build a fair, trust,cooperation team culture, and make recommendations to build an excellent teaching teamrun mode. In connection with the problems of building and development process of highcollege teaching team, proposed strategy from three aspects of organization building, teamculture and the incentives to promote the sharing of knowledge of team members.
