Research On The Co-construction Evolutionary Game Of Modern-industry-college From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence

As a new mode of Government-Industry-University-Research cooperation,Modern-Industrial-College undertakes multiple functions such as technology innovation,talent training and industrial system development services.Compared with the traditional model,Modern-Industrial-College is independent of the educational administrative system and are a mixed ownership economy with obvious market-oriented attributes,the degree of independence and autonomy makes the interaction between co-construction subjects more complicated.Therefore,it is important to clarify the interactive relationship between the construction subjects and explore the mechanism of cooperative construction of multiple subjects for the construction of Modern-Industrial-College.The purpose of this paper is to study the mechanism of co-construction of Modern-Industrial-College from the perspective of resource dependence,explore the relevant factors affecting the co-construction behavior of subjects,explore how to stimulate the enthusiasm of cooperation of subjects,and then propose the optimization strategy of co-construction mechanism to promote the sustainable and stable operation of Modern-Industrial-College.Firstly,explore the respective functional positioning and resource acquisition needs of the co-construction subjects,explore the interaction between the subjects in the early and middle stages of construction through resource acquisition,and draw out the framework of the co-construction mechanism by combining the resource dependency theory.Finally,provide suggestions for the behavioral strategy selection of subjects’ participation in co-construction.Through the above-mentioned research steps,this paper draws the following three conclusions.(1)At the initial stage of construction,the core subjects of the mechanism are the university and the enterprise.The willingness of the two parties to co-construction increases with the increase of cooperation revenue,and there exists a reasonable revenue distribution coefficient to realize the stability of co-construction;the higher betrayal revenue will increase the probability of the emergence of the subjects’ free-riding behavior,but the establishment of the compensation for breach of contract can effectively restrain the negative cooperation behavior of the subjects.In addition,the incentive subsidy given by the government can stimulate the enthusiasm of the university and the enterprise.(2)As the construction of Modern-Industrial-College enters the middle and late stages,the core subjects of the co-build mechanism become government,universities and enterprises.The government’s initiative to participate in co-build,invest policy resources and set up reward and punishment mechanisms can enhance the willingness of both schools and enterprises to continue co-build;when schools and enterprises maintain a high willingness to co-build,the government’s willingness to participate in co-build will decrease and choose to give schools and enterprises more freedom to co-build;the higher the gain of resources obtained through co-build and the loss cost of betraying cooperation,the more it can stimulate the probability that the three subjects choose to actively co-build.In addition,the need for social image shaping and cooperation reputation acquisition also helps to enhance the motivation of subjects to continue co-build.(3)In order to guarantee the effective operation of the co-construction mechanism and realize the sustainable stability of the construction of Modern-Industrial-College,the subjects need to work together.The government needs to strengthen the top-level design function and create a good policy resource environment;the university needs to strengthen the intellectual support function and create a good teaching resource environment;the enterprise needs to strengthen the industrial development-oriented function and create a good industrial resource environment.
