Urban Minimal Assurance Households’ Teenagers’ Self-efficacy Crisis And The Intervention Of Social Work

Teenagers are the crucial stage of one′s life development，the mental health plays animportant role in the process of personal growth. Researchs show: on the self-efficacy，urban minimal assurance households’ teenagers are different from other teenagers，urbanminimal assurance households’ teenagers’ self-efficacy is slightly lower than otherteenagers. Self-efficacy crisis appears，which is unfavorable for urban minimal assurancehouseholds’ teenagers of their potential，obstruct the development of physical and mentalhealth，it also easily lead to intergenerational poverty，which is not conducive to socialharmony and stability.Self-efficacy crisis of urban minimal assurance households’ teenagers are more ofself-doubt and don’t believe in their own competence. It is difficult for their to accept thechange of the self and the external environment，especially in the face of difficulties，theyprone to be nervous anxiety，forming fantasy to escape rationalization and psychologicalstress condition，finally choose passive withdrawal response. Social workers use case workmethods，using a variety of methods，such as talking，visiting and activities to carry outspecific intervention services.In the subsequent evaluation shows that under the socialwork intervention，client of A’s self-efficacy problem to be improved.The research findings that， carried out through the social work service， theintervention of social work in case A’s self-efficacy crisis is effective，it can enhance hisself-efficacy. The social work intervention for urban minimal assurance households’teenagers’ self-efficacy crisis has obvious advantage，which can effectively promote theclient of the main self-development of their potential，and improve the existing crisis ofself-efficacy.
